If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from our e-commerce platform, negusmed.com, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process:

  2. Packaging and Shipping: Please package the product securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit. All products must be shipped freight prepaid, and we strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.

  3. Refunds: We will process your refund as soon as we receive the product. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be processed.

Exceptions:

  1. Special Orders: Special orders or custom-made items are not returnable.
